Do you fill over another artist work?

Accepted Answer

Yes.
However, as additional $25 foreign fill fee is added to your first appointment to safely remove and asses the existing extensions before starting your fill.

For example, a two-week Mega Volume Fill would be $110 + $25 at your first visit.  Once you transition into my regular clientele, future fill will return to standard pricing.

This ensures lash health, proper isolation, and long-term retention

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

Please arrive on time with a freshly cleansed face and no eye makeup.

To ensure the best experience:
•Avoid caffeine for at least 6 hours prior to your appointment
•Remove contact lenses if this is your first lash service
•If you regularly wear contacts without issue, you may keep them in

Where are you located?

Kai Lash Studios is located in Southwest Las Vegas.

Your exact address and arrival instructions will be provided after your appointment is confirmed to maintain a private studio environment.

Question 4

What are eyelash extensions?

Accepted Answer

Eyelash extensions are ultra-fine, semi-permanent fibers individually applied to each natural lash approximately 0.5 mm away from the eyelid.

The adhesive never touches the skin.  When applied correctly, extensions are lightweight, comfortable, waterproof, and designed to shed naturally with your lash cycle.

Do eyelash extensions damage your natural lashes?

No - when applied correctly.

With proper isolation, appropriate lash weight selection, and consistent maintenance every 2-3 weeks, extensions do not damage natural lashes.

In fact, many clients experience less damage compared to frequent mascara use or strip lashes.  There is no need to "take a break" from extensions as long as maintenance appointments are kept.

Can I bring a guest to my appointment?

No.
To maintain a calm, focused, and sanitary environment, guests, children, and pets are not permitted at appointments.

This allows for uninterrupted precision work and a relaxing experience for every client.

Question 7

How long do lash appointments take?

Accepted Answer

New Set: Approximately 1.5 hours

Fills: Approximately 1 hour-1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on retention

Many clients treat this time as a chance to rest - soft music is played, and you're welcome to bring headphones if you'd like to listen to your own audio.

Do you use pre-made fans?

No.
All volume and mega volume fans are handmade in real time for each client.

This allows for complete control over weight, balance, and placement - ensuring lash health, style customization, and longevity.  Pre-made clusters are not used.

Question 9

I brushed my lashes and a few fans fell out - is that normal?

Accepted Answer

Yes.
We naturally shed 3-5 natural lashes per day, and when extensions are attached, that shedding is simply more noticeable.

A few fans falling during brushing is normal and does not indicate poor retention.  Lash extensions are semi-permanent and require maintenance fills every two weeks.

What type of payments do you accept?

Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Venmo are accepted.

How often will I need fills?

Most clients return every 2 weeks to maintain fullness and lash health.  Waiting longer may require a new full set.

What happens if I'm late?

Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling to ensure quality work and respect for scheduled clients.
