Kai Lash Studios Policies
To ensure a consistent, elevated experience for every client, the following policies are strictly observed.
New Client Deposit
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all new clients in order to secure an initial appointment.

Deposits must be submitted via Apple Pay, Zelle, or Venmo prior to scheduling​

The deposit is applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment

Remaining balance is due at the time of service

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule their appointment with proper notice.

Appointments rescheduled less than 48 hours in advanced are subject to a
$20 rescheduling fee -
Appointments rescheduled more than 48 hours in advanced will not incur a fee
Same-Day Rescheduling
Appointments rescheduled on the day of the scheduled service are subject to a $50 fee or 50% of the scheduled service total (whichever is greater).

Same-day rescheduling fees must be paid in full prior to securing a new appointment date

For new clients, the initial deposit does now apply toward the same-day rescheduling fee and remains forfeited
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made the day of an appointment, or failure to arrive for a scheduled service, are subject to a $50 fee or 50% of the scheduled service total (whichever is greater).

New Client deposits do not
apply toward cancellation or no-show fees -
All outstanding balances must be resolved before future bookings
Clients who do not settle cancellation or no-show fees will be unable to book future appointments with Kai Lash Studios.
Final Note
Kai Lash Studios operates on a by-appointment only basis with limited availability to ensure a personalized, unrushed experience for every client. Booking appointment signifies acknowledgment and acceptance of all studio policies.
